Executive Assistant (Senior Administrative Assistant) — 6 Month Term

The Saskatchewan NDP has an opening for an Executive Assistant on a six-month term.

The Executive Assistant assists the Provincial Secretary and Campaign Director in the operation of the Party, taking particular responsibility for administrative support to the Provincial Council, Executive, and Election Planning Committee.

Key responsibilities include:

• Serving as Secretary to Party committees and governance bodies
• Coordinating Party meetings and preparing necessary materials
• Assisting the Provincial Secretary and Campaign Director through daily functions

As per the collective agreement with USW Local 5917 the salary range for this position is $69,667.83 to $79,528.51 per annum plus pension and extended health benefits. Anticipated start date is as soon as possible. The position is at the party’s office in Regina and is a six-month term position.
