Michael Karras is the vice-principal at the pre-kindergarten to grade 12 school in Asquith, and he has worked in the Prairie Spirit School Division since 2000 as a special education resource teacher.
He is a volunteer, board member and past president of the Learning Disabilities Association of Saskatchewan, a non-profit organization that supports individuals and families living with learning disabilities.
Michael has lived in the Saskatoon Southeast constituency for 12 years.
He and his wife Sheri have two daughters, Lily and Caelyn. He was born and raised in the farming community of Rocanville.
Michael has a bachelor’s degree in education and special education from the University of Saskatchewan.
