Thera Nordal to be Saskatchewan New Democrat Candidate in Last Mountain-Touchwood for Next Provincial Election
LIPTON – The Saskatchewan NDP has named Thera Nordal as candidate in Last Mountain-Touchwood for the next provincial election. Nordal was nominated by Saskatchewan NDP members earlier this afternoon in a contested nomination.
“I am so thankful for the trust and support of the membership here in Last Mountain-Touchwood,” said Nordal. “I am excited to continue building on the work from last election. Under the leadership of Carla Beck, we are ready to deliver positive change to Saskatchewan.”
Thera Nordal is a community leader that has served on many community boards and coached numerous teams. She and her husband Matthew are owner/operators of a small business and a conventional grain farm.
“I am so excited to once again have Thera as our candidate here in Last Mountain-Touchwood,” said Saskatchewan NDP Leader Carla Beck. “I know that her hard work and dedication will make her an excellent MLA for the people of Last Mountain-Touchwood.”
Thera Nordal was the Saskatchewan NDP candidate for Last Mountain-Touchwood in the 2020 Provincial Election. She is the thirtieth candidate nominated for the Saskatchewan NDP.
