Regan’s family settled in the Weyburn area when she was 10 years old. Prior to that, she lived in the Porcupine Plain and Kelvington area where her grandparents and her father farmed. Regan’s mother and stepfather were both educators in the Weyburn area. After graduating from high school, Regan went on a student exchange through Rotary International, where she lived in Davao City, Philippines for an entire year before returning to Saskatchewan and beginning studies in Fine Arts at the University of Regina.
Regan has always been a leader in her community, organizing events and being a strong shoulder of support for her friends. She served for 5 years as a volunteer on the Weyburn Arts Council in a variety of roles. She is currently a Rotary International member, the Curator for the City of Weyburn and a CUPE member.
Regan lives in Weyburn with her husband, Matthew, and their two children, Mandred and Norrie.
