Statement from Cam Broten following the Brussels attacks

This morning, my heart aches for the people of Brussels, who have had their lives and their city devastated by terrorism. I know all of us are outraged by this senseless violence and these heinous attacks on democracy and freedom.

Ruth and I join all Saskatchewan people in extending our deepest condolences to the loved ones of those who have died, and we send our best wishes for a speedy recovery to all who have been injured.

The people of Brussels will long be in our hearts, and the hearts of the world, as they begin the journey towards healing.
