Yorkton Families Deserve a New Hospital

For 18 years, the Sask. Party has promised to replace Yorkton’s aging hospital — but families are still waiting.

The Yorkton Regional Health Centre was built in 1962 and can no longer meet the region’s needs. The emergency room is overcrowded, maternity patients don’t even have access to hot water, and the building’s systems are breaking down.

Enough with the excuses. Yorkton families and frontline health workers deserve better.
