Noor Burki has lived in Regina Coronation Park with his wife and daughters for over a decade, and is excited to bring his energy and hard work to serving the needs of the Constituency.
Noor has a Master’s degree in Computer Science and extensive experience working for large and small corporations, also having used his skills and education to serve in a volunteer capacity with organizations like the United Nations.
Wishing to serve people on a smaller scale and be more connected to his community, Noor shifted his focus to becoming a driving instructor and starting his own business, Wascana Driving School Inc., in 2008. He and his business are trusted by various organizations, including the Regina Public School Board, SGI, Regina Open Door Society, and Saskatchewan Justice, to provide services to children and adults in the community.
A dedicated volunteer in the community, Noor is an active member of the Regina Safety Council, Spring Free from Racism, Saskatchewan Association of Human Rights, Regina Pakhtoon Community, and Falcon Social & Sport Club. He believes that diversity is a strength for our neighbourhood and province, and wishes to serve all members of this multicultural and multi-ethnic community.
Noor is running to be your MLA because while he understands as an entrepreneur the importance of businesses and jobs, he also believes an NDP government will focus on the needs of all Saskatchewan people and make it a welcoming place for all.
