Nathaniel Teed is the Sask NDP MLA for Saskatoon Meewasin. He currently serves as the Deputy Whip, as well as the Official Opposition Critic for Parks, Culture and Sport, Tourism, SLGA, SaskGaming, and SGI. He was first elected in 2022.
A lifelong Saskatoon resident, Teed is a small business owner, an arts fundraiser, and a former educator. Nathaniel is the first openly gay MLA in Saskatchewan’s history, and lives in Saskatoon with his partner of 14 years, James. Together, they own and operate Area Home + Lifestyle, a furniture and design store in downtown Saskatoon.
