Melissa Patterson is the New Democratic candidate for Moose Jaw Wakamow.

Melissa is a long-time table games dealer, supervisor, and facilitator with Casino Moose Jaw. Well liked and respected by coworkers and managers, she is a leader and mentor to her peers, and a passionate Moose Javian. Melissa has spent her whole life in Moose Jaw, and is now raising her own next generation, and wants to see them succeed.

As well as being passionate about her work and dedicated to her family, Melissa is active within her union, the Retail, Wholesale and Department Store Union (RWDSU). She serves as the Chief Shop Steward, Treasurer for Local 455, and as an alternate on the provincial executive for the Saskatchewan Joint Board of RWDSU. 

Melissa is a capable and compassionate mother of three, and a local Moose Jaw worker ready to represent her home constituency of Moose Jaw Wakamow in the Saskatchewan Legislature.
