Matt Love is a local teacher who has worked in Saskatoon Eastview for a decade, working to build a brighter future for his family, students, and community. In 2014, Love received a CBC Saskatchewan Future 40 Award for his leadership as a teacher and coach. His unique program at Aden Bowman Collegiate focuses on social justice and anti-racist education, providing his students opportunities to become involved in their communities with a weekly radio show on CFCR 90.5 and a weekly opinion column in the Saskatoon Star Phoenix.

As a classroom teacher, Matt has seen first-hand how the heartless cuts to education are affecting schools and families in Saskatchewan. School divisions are continually being asked to do more with less, and teachers, students, and support staff are struggling. Matt is running because of his belief that education is an investment - one needed by all to build a more inclusive, equitable, and thriving province.

As a coach and teacher, Matt works to foster teamwork and leadership, and his experience working with people of all ages and backgrounds to get the job done makes him well equipped to be a great advocate and representative for Saskatoon Eastview. He has deep connections to his community, and hopes to count on your support in the 2020 Provincial election.
