• Robert Halliday (Chair, Partners for the Saskatchewan River Basin) will focus on the potential impacts on the Saskatchewan and Qu’Appelle River basins.
• Darrin Qualman (Director, Climate Policy and Action, National Farmers Union) will address the cost-benefit of the project to agriculture, and consider the question: what are the alternative uses of 3 billion dollars?
