Nomination Form to run for Provincial Executive

Please use this form to nominate a candidate to run for Provincial Executive at Convention. There are four types of positions being elected: President (1), Treasurer (1), Vice President (4), Member at Large (5). Note that Member at Large is only open to members who reside in constituencies outside of Regina and Saskatoon.
