Provincial Council

The next meeting of Provincial Council is March 15, 2025 at the Ches Leach Lounge at the Art Hauser Centre (690 32nd Street East) in Prince Albert. This is a one-day meeting, with call to order at 10:00am and adjournment at 4:00pm. Doors open at 9:30 am.

The main agenda items are an opportunity to hear from our Leader Carla Beck and ask questions of our mighty team of 27 MLAs, review the party budget for 2025, elections for party committees like Legislative Advisory and Policy Committee, an educational workshop, and update on the latest work underway in the party.

Dessert Silent Auction – in addition to catering lunch for Provincial Council, the four local constituencies are putting on a Dessert Silent Auction during the afternoon at Council. Bring your cash or be ready to e-transfer as you bid on dozens of delicious treats and support four constituencies in Prince Albert region.

Expense claim details: Lunch is provided for Councillors. Provincial Councillors are eligible to claim $100 per night for accommodation, $0.30 per kilometre for mileage, and per diems for meals that aren't provided at the meeting. Councillors are strongly encouraged to carpool.
