Provincial Council

The next meeting of Provincial Council is March 14, 2026 at the White City Community Centre (12 Ramm Avenue) in White City. This is a one-day meeting, with call to order at 10:00am and adjournment at 5:00pm. Doors open at 9:30 am.

The main agenda items are an opportunity to hear from our Leader Carla Beck and ask questions of our mighty team of 27 MLAs, review the party budget for 2026, elections for party committees like Legislative Advisory and Policy Committee, debating resolutions from 2025 convention, educational sessions, opening nominations for the 2028 election, and other updates on the latest work underway at party office, in the Legislature and in constituencies.

Canvass Blitz on Friday Evening – Join the Caucus on Friday evening from 4:00pm – 6:30pm for a canvassing blitz in White City the evening before Provincial Council if you are arriving the night before!
Details on where to meet will be shared prior to the meeting.

• Hotels in Regina on the SFL Support Union list (20 minute drive to White City)

Expense claim details: Lunch is provided for Councillors. Provincial Councillors are eligible to claim $100 per night for accommodation, $0.30 per kilometre for mileage, and per diems for meals that aren't provided at the meeting. Councillors are strongly encouraged to carpool.
