Provincial Council

The next meeting of Provincial Council is May 30, 2026 at the Warman Communiplex (701 Centennial Boulevard) in Warman. This is a one-day meeting, with call to order at 10:00am and adjournment by 5:00pm. Doors open at 9:30 am.

Notices of Motion: The deadline to submit Notices of Motion is May 28, 2026, at 5:00 pm. Notices should be emailed to [email protected].

Canvass Blitz on Friday Evening – Join a canvass blitz in Saskatoon Willowgrove on Friday evening from 4:00pm – 6:30pm the evening before Provincial Council if you are arriving the night before! Meet at 1804 McOrmond Drive in Saskatoon at 4:00 pm and we'll head out from there!

Canvass Blitz at lunch on Saturday – Join a canvass blitz in Martensville on Saturday during the Provincial Council lunch break. Martensville is a short drive from Warman, and we'll travel over to canvass on Saturday.

Hotel – if you require a hotel, there are a number of suggested options:

• Can Alta Martensville
• Days Inn Warman
• Hotels in Saskatoon on the SFL Support Union list (20 minute drive to Martensville/Warman)

Expense claim details: Lunch is provided for Councillors. Provincial Councillors are eligible to claim $100 per night for accommodation, $0.30 per kilometre for mileage, and per diems for meals that aren't provided at the meeting. Councillors are strongly encouraged to carpool. The Budget for 2026 includes newly created funding to assist with childcare and accessibility for 2026 council meetings – if you require assistance, please contact Tim at Provincial Office, [email protected].
