All Saskatchewan New Democrat Women are invited to join us at our Annual General Meeting.

Agenda:

   2. Treaty Welcome and Equity Statement
   3. Introductions of Current Executive
   4. Approve Agenda
   5. Approve Minutes of 2023 SNDW AGM
   6. SNDW Reports: President, Treasurer
   7. SNDW Elections
   8. President
   9. By-election: Vice President (balance of term to 2025)
   10. Secretary
   11. Councillor (even year term)
   12. Alternate Councillor (even year term)
       • Motion: that all interested women who wish to sign up as members at large to the SNDW be accepted.
       • Motion: That the signing authorities for Saskatchewan New Democratic Women be the President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer; requiring at least two signatures.
       • Adjourn

Note this represents the 2024 AGM, which was postponed due to the provincial election. Our regular AGM in 2025 will be held as usual at Convention.
